Every Prismette piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the delivery date.
What the warranty covers
- A stone that falls out of its setting under normal wear
- A broken prong, post or screw back caused by a manufacturing fault
- Defects in the 925 sterling silver setting that appear under normal wear
What the warranty does not cover
- Loss or theft of an item
- Damage from accidents, impacts, misuse or alterations
- Normal wear over time, including scratches and gradual darkening of the silver
- Damage from chemicals such as chlorine, perfume or cleaning products
How to make a warranty claim
Email contact@prismette.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a similar item or a refund of the price you paid.
