- Order information: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies
- Communications: messages you send to customer support

- To process, ship and track your orders and handle returns
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- To send marketing emails, only if you subscribe, with an unsubscribe link in every email

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and e-commerce platform, our order fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, our email service, and analytics and advertising partners such as Google, Meta and Microsoft (Clarity). We may also share information when required by law.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click on our pages so we can improve them; it does not record what you type. Where required by law, we ask for your consent first. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by US state laws such as California’s. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
