Products
Our jewelry uses lab-created moissanite, not natural diamonds. Carat weights are given as diamond equivalent weight (DEW), meaning the size a diamond of that weight would appear. Settings are 925 sterling silver. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Bundle offers and promotions
Bundle discounts (such as 20% off 2 pairs or 25% off 3 pairs) apply automatically at checkout to the items in that bundle. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may end at any time without affecting orders already placed. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid for each item.
Payment security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we never see or store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. You can cancel your own order free of charge by contacting us within 12 hours of ordering, before it ships.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, refunds, returns and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and 1-Year Warranty, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Caldhurst LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
