You have 60 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund of the product price.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. If any jeweler finds that your stones are not genuine moissanite or your setting is not 925 sterling silver, we will refund you in full.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@prismette.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with tracking. Please do not send returns to any address other than the one we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm your refund.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, with the GRA cards included. Items that are damaged by misuse, altered or missing parts may be refused or partially refunded.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us. Because standard shipping on your original order was free, no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. Email contact@prismette.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
Shipping protection
The optional $2.99 shipping protection fee is refunded only if the whole order is cancelled before it ships.
